On behalf of our Client in Cracow, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Finance Manager.
Your new role
As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for monthly MI and group reporting. You will have to ensure timely submission of group reports, cost schedules, financial reports to HQ, cost analysis and proper alignment with plan numbers. You will also be in charge of end-to-end process on monthly book closure and making the financial data available for reporting department. Your other responsibilities will include tracking the out of plan expenses, overseeing the Asset Management process, generating monthly depreciation and inventory check. You will be responsible for for smooth conducting of audits (group, internal, statutory and tax) and any statutory inspections. You will have to ensure accuracy and data integrity in the end-to-end financial reporting process by ensuring compliance with the internal control requirements. You will in charge of continually work on improving the level of automation by working closely within and across teams to identify solutions to improve the timeliness and accuracy of the reporting. You will assess the operational risk inherent in the process, taking account of changing operational procedures, staff movements, legal and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have at least 8 years of experience in corporate finance, management accounting or financial reporting area. The experience within SSC/BPO structures is highly appreciated. We are looking for a candidate with higher education degree in finance & accounting related studies. Ideal candidate should also possesses knowledge of statutory accounting and tax regulations. The professional qualifications (CIMA or ACCA) will be an advantage. We are looking for an experienced leader with very strong numeric and analytical competencies with the ability to multi-task, problem solving competencies and customer driven approach.
