Finance Manager / Senior Financial Controller (Real Estate)
Candidate will join structures here in Poland, will report to CFO and will collaborate strongly with investors.
It is a great position as next step for candidates who would like to use knowledge gained in last 4 years in finance and accounting (financial audit or business) area and would like to develop with company with ambitious plans to grow in Poland. We are expecting to gain talent who will show proactive and self driven attitude. Experience in managing team of 2-4 will be required.

For our Client, a well-established brand in real estate sector, rapidly growing in Poland, we are looking for candidates Finance Manager/ Senior Financial Controller (Real Estate) role based in Warsaw City center.
Description
- Supervision of accountancy and accuracy of the bookkeeping, financial and tax reports
- Responsible for corporate housekeeping and all administrative issues
- Preparation of the Group's quarterly management accounts
- Preparation of Financial Reporting for the Group and reporting to banks financing development of the Group
- Monitoring the performance of the Group's SPVs
- Supporting decision process concerning establishing new investment projects
- Budgeting and forecasting of the group's SPVs and HQ, incl. calculation of basic financial indicators for project effectiveness assessment
- Participation in the Group's year-end close process
- Cooperation with group (CFO, Auditors, other divisions: construction, development)
- Project management in the area of finance and accounting (optimalization)
- Maintain and development of internal financial system
Profile
- Total experience of min. 6 years including on similar position. experience in an audit company (preferably Big Four) in real estate team or in real estate company
- Strong accounting and financial reporting background; basic knowledge of corporate taxation
- Very good understanding of accounting matters, tax legislation and changes
- Very good command of English
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
- The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and reliable, self-starter, should be able to deliver tasks independently however based on information gathered by cooperation with other team members,
- Multitasking attitude and able to understand that this is start-up structures and huge possibilities to grow
- Able to work independently without daily supervision, self-driven
- Ready to work under time constraints
