Finance Manager (Real Estate)
Position is accountable for the all financial matters, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and reporting tools, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Candidate will be also responsible for hands on analysis, reports, and controlling matters.
Client Details
For an our Client, real estate developer, well know and fast growing brand in PRS sector, we are currently looking for proper candidates for newly created Finance Manager position based in Warsaw City Center.
Candidate should have min. 5 years of experience in a similar position (real estate experience will be strong asset). Former experience in financial audit will be an advantage.
Description
- Preparation of reporting packages for the shareholders,
- Report financial results to the Regional CFO,
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecast (including payments),
- Set up policies and processes to secure an efficient finance function,
- Cooperation and supervision of external accounting office, tax declaration control,
- Taking active part in development of financial and tax strategies
- Sharing relevant financial data with other financial departments in order to gain timely and accurate financial statement,
- Assist the business with financial analyses and business cases,
- Proactive drive the financial concept for best practice and guides,
- Align process across companies,
- Establish and ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies,
Profile
- Total experience of 5 years including former experience in financial audit, Ideally experience in real estate company on position: Senior Financial Controller, Finance Manager, etc.,
- Strong accounting and financial reporting background
- Very good command of English,
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
- Open-minded , Caring for the good of the company and for the values (team work, caring is sharing, open and honest communication)
- The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and reliable, self-starter, should be able to deliver tasks independently however based on information gathered by cooperation with other team members
- Travels are required time to time,
