Finance Manager (f/m)
Our client, an international company, part of the global brand, currently is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for all controlling and accounting activities in Poland. This person will be a member of the management team reporting directly to Regional CFO and the Polish CEO.

Description
- Fully responsible for all financial, accounting and controlling processes
- Provide accurate and timely financial analysis covering month-end and management reporting, budget and forecast to the business
- Manage cyclical financial accounting process according to PAS and group reporting standards (IFRS)
- Prepare financial statements as well as tax (VAT, CIT), and GUS/NBP declarations
- Responsibility for managing day to day cash flow, reporting, transfer pricing, credit lines, banking and treasury operations
- Supervise of all key processes within the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities
- Provide business cases financial analysis and ensure planning process
- Responsible for cooperation with outsourced payroll provider
- Manage relationship with auditors and other external authorities
- Close cooperation with CEO and all management team members
Profile
- Relevant University degree in economics / finance
- Experience in controlling and general accounting with at least 3 years at the managerial level in international company as Finance Manager focus on business (accounting background is highly preferred)
- Working knowledge of IFRS, PAS and local tax regulations
- Experience in managing a Finance department and strong leadership skills is a must
- Deep analytical skills to review business and make recommendations
- Working knowledge of ERP class system is essential, preferably SAP
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Pro-active, open-minded person
- Very good English
