We are offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be actively involved in the continuous development and management of the team in the Competence Center (CC) in Poznan.

You will create value for the whole Group with your tasks of assistance in the field of finance and administration.

  • be responsible for AR, banking, reconciliations, and accounting of logistics costs with a focus on European entities
  • manage PR / PO Process
  • manage debtors and credits accounts (databases, credit limits)
  • be responsible for credit management
  • support with cash forecasting
  • responsible for reporting in line with local and central requirements (Sales & HC / FTE reporting, HR & Legal reporting)
  • manage vehicle fleet parking facilities
  • calculate and manage travel costs
  • maintain digital contract and document space
  • administer personnel data (absence management and medical card, time management)
  • maintain training plan corresponding to the requirements of the QMS
  • support with the monthly end / annual end/budget process
  • support with translational work
  • support with project implementation: SAP Receivables Management, Concur
  • good knowledge of German (min. B2), able to communicate in English
  • educational background in Finance & Administration
  • experience in accounting (receivables, bank statements)
  • good IT skills (SAP, MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • willingness to travel (during onboarding, in first 3 months)
