My client is a highly regarded commercial real estate company.
We are currently looking to recruit on their behalf a Finance Director who will lead all aspects of controlling & accounting and lead the local core finance processes.

Responsibilites:
Reporting to the Chairman you will be responsible for all financial aspects
Leadership in forecasting and budgeting process in accordance with Group requirements
All financial and management accounting oversight, including presentation of key financial information to the Board and shareholder community
Monitoring department performance and preparing management reports and analysis on a regular basis (e.g., budget vs. actual and fluctuation analysis)
Bringing leadership, enforcing procedures to allow the company to operate efficiently as it continues to grow
The role will also hold key influence with development and contract negotiations and business partnering across the executive team
Management and supervision of audit processes
Requirements:
University MA/MSc degree in Finance & Accountancy
3 or more years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate
5+ years of leadership experience
Fluency in English both written and spoken
Experience in working with SAP
You have the ability to interact and collaborate with all departments, also cross-border
You enjoy working in a role which requires strong business acumen
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
