Finance Lead Management Leader Manager GBS GdańskWe are looking for candidates to join a new GBS in Gdańsk on a position of: Finance Department Lead
Responsibilities:
Participation in recruitment, on-boarding and knowledge transfer during ramp-up
Taking care for constant process improvement approach in order to service the business requirements
Supporting and overseeing continuous improvement of systems/tools across the finance teams in Gdansk and act as final decision authority on changes to current systems
Performance management, motivation and training of employees (+40 people)
Ensuring employee utilisation and cost effectiveness as primary budget owner
Budget management, quality and risks of the Finance Department
Senior escalation point for issues on finance operational services
Responsibility for contacts with customers and stakeholders across the global organisation
Requirements:
MA degree in finance and business
Strong experience in finances (+10 years) and in a management role in finance department (+4 years)
Experience in working in international organisation
Experience with budget, cost and performance management
Knowledge in process design and improvement
Excellent people management skills
Fluency in English
Willing to travel and International mind-set
