For our Client, big developing organization from real estate sector, we are currently looking for Financial Controller.
Duties: At this position you will report to directly to CFO located in Warsaw. Person on this role will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the group’s SPVs, supervision of external accountants and accuracy of the bookkeeping, preparation of the group’s quarterly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting of the group and group’s SPVs, participation in the group’s year-end process, preparation of the ad-hoc financial statements, project management, daily cash flow management and cash reporting of the group and the group’s SPVs, management of intercompany loans and other open balances. Financial Controller will also participate in the bank financing acquisition process, bank reporting and cooperation with banks, participate in the process of reporting per stock exchange requirements, cooperate with the group’s auditors, develop and implement of policies and procedures as required.
Requirements: From best Candidates we require minimum 3 years of experience spending on similar position in company from real estate sector and ideally in audit company or alternatively experience in audit only however in real estate industry (Big4 preferably). On this position you need to have strong accounting and financial reporting background, ideally including consolidation, excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point. Experience with stock exchange reporting would be an asset. The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and reliable, should be able to deliver tasks independently however based on information gathered by cooperation with other team members. Very good working knowledge of English is a must, you will use it daily, it needs to be fluent. Candidates should have University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. Very important is your good sense of humor and team spirit to cooperate in a professional work environment. It is an independent role, so you need to be self-driven.
