For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Finance Controller with German.
Within this position you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Policies and Procedures, providing oversight of Management and Statutory financial close and control functions. You will be acting as Senior Accounting Officer for all Austrian entities, setting and driving strategy for the Austria Corporate Structure and lead the Austria organisation of accounting professionals. You will also maintain a rigorous cost centre budget/forecast and manage costs accordingly, ensure SOX compliance in Austria and develop and maintain a strong relationship with Global tax teams.
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English and German – C1 level. Previous experience on similar position is required as well as experience in leading and driving working capital management, knowledge. Understanding of IFRS and strong technical accounting knowledge is also requires and knowledge of Austrian Tax requirement and functions including VAT.
