For our Client, which is the leading global provider of innovative business management solutions, we are looking for a Finance Application Support Analyst based in Gdańsk.
Your new role
Finance Application Support Analyst will provide application support to predominately legal sector clients based in the EMEA region using a variety of Practice Management products by the Company. Working on this position you will provide remote troubleshooting client systems across various platforms through use of SQL Management studio, back end logs, front end application testing, documentation research and legal accounts experience. ,moreover you will communicate and recommend business process, procedures and diverse information to resolve customer issues, gather complete customer information, research internal knowledgebase and documentation for known solutions, isolate causes and take restorative actions while minimizing disruption to the customer’s business operation and document steps taken. What is more you will acquire and maintain expertise of finance software products and operating platforms and how customers can utilize and/or adapt software to effectively manage their business both financially and operationally.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of professional work experience in Practice Management applications and financial operations, legal accounting and business processes in the legal sector or professional services industry. Moreover we are looking for candidate with experience in customer service with expertise in troubleshooting and solving complex problems. An ideal Candidate should have advanced knowledge of key areas including front end functionality and security standards and prior experience in legal or financial systems. You should have experience in windows environment and active directory. What is more familiarity with writing/changing SQL queries, relational databases, and stored procedures will be an additional asset.
