Finance and HR Manager
For our client, growing and developing manufacturing operation near Wroclaw, we are currently looking for independent and hands-on Finance & HR Manager to lead and coordinate financial, HR and partially IT function within the entity. This individual will be a member of managerial staff, reporting directly to Regional VP Finance & HR as well as work closely with Plant Director.

Our client is global, manufacturing company with small/mid-sized manufacturing operation near Wroclaw. The company is one of the leaders in its sector with international presence and exposure.
Description
- Manage in all aspects the company's finance organization including accounting, planning, analysis and treasury management.
- Manage the human resources matters alongside external provider
- Contribute to the development of company's annual sales budgets and plans,
- Manage the timely closure of company's financial systems every month in accordance with the schedules for closing the social financial accounts
- Analyze the monthly operating results and communicate of their implications on future performance to "corporate" and local management.
- Develop strong working relationships with both the European operations department (sales, manufacturing, R&D, etc.) and the company's finance department at corporate and global level.
- Monitore and "manage" the cash flow and improve the working capital.
- Improve the manufacturing costs and cost analysis.
- Manage the annual financial audits
- Manage the relations with banks in Poland
Profile
- University degree in Accounting/Economy/Finance or related; any additional certification will be a plus
- At least 5 years of experience on independent or managerial position related with controlling, accounting, treasury, tax in manufacturing business
- Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP/Polish GAAP as well as orientation in local taxes
- Ability to work in independent position with hands-on approach
- Very good English as a minimum
