Finance and Enterprise Performance Manager
Job Description
- Deliver projects on business process reengineering and implementation of enabling technologies (ERP application, reporting tools, workflow applications etc.)
- Provide solutions and project methodology pertaining to finance function transformation and develop financial applications
- Supervise finance related processes in the form of flow charts and process narrative
- Develop and testing business processes, capabilities and architectures
- Develop key thought leadership material on finance function
- Preparing financial analysis
- Provide offshore and onsite support in projects that run in different geographies
Requirements
- At least 6 years work experience in finance function with experience in leading projects
- Experience of finance transformation projects in various phases (Assess, Design, Build, Deploy)
- Master’s degree (Finance/Accounting/Banking)
- Working knowledge on leading ERP application (SAP or equivalent)
- Knowledge on IFRS/ US GAAP
- Fluent English and Polish
- Affinity with large organizations and large projects
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
