The main purpose of this role is to assist the Group Controlling in providing financial and analytical support to Senior Management. In particular, the individual will conduct monthly period end close activities, forecast review and analysis as well as preparing management reports and presentations. What you'll need to succeed
To be the best Candidate for this role, you will need Accounting/finance educational background, experience in a similar position (at least 3 years), very good knowledge of MS Excel and fluent English. You have to be results-focused and able to manage multiple stakeholders, have strong analytical skills, finance expertise and attention to the details. Big 4 Audit experience is an advantage.

Your new role
The main purpose of this role is to assist the Group Controlling in providing financial and analytical support to Senior Management. In particular, the individual will conduct monthly period end close activities, forecast review and analysis as well as preparing management reports and presentations. - Review of the monthly financial results to ensure overall data integrity and explain significant variances vs. prior month/year plan
- Responsibility for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of standard management reports including P&L, B/S, headcount, asset management analysis.
- Work closely with the 100+ sites around the globe to provide support in reporting and forecasting
- Responsibility for the preparation of presentations for various Senior Management meetings
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of new reports, tools, and dashboards
- Provide technical training (board reporting system) to new joiners in the sites
- Various ad-hoc projects (technical and analytical support to sited around the globe)
- Support the rest of the Controlling team in month end activities.
- Lead various ad-hoc projects as required by group controlling
