On behalf of our Client, a global SSC in Gdāsk, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position Finance and Accounting Manager.
Your new role
Holding the position of Finance and Accounting Manager you will be responsible for leading the Finance and Accounting SSC team, including supervision and optimization of team performance. You will also ensure timely and aligned processing of F&A tasks, including compliance with standard operating procedures, managing month-end and year-end closing activities. The job includes supervising financial and KPI reporting, solving operational issues as well as customer relations management, ensuring professional communication with key internal stakeholder
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a University degree and at least 6 years of experience in managerial role. Adequate understandings of business & accounting management and deep knowledge of AP/AR and GL processes as well as change management and good leadership skills are a must. What is more good communication skills in English are required. The ideal Candidate will be business and customer oriented and will be focused on business targets. Oracle ERP experience is a must.
