Finance Analyst

For our Client from Real Estate area located in the center of Warsaw - we are looking for: Finance Analyst. This person will be responsible for the following tasks: assistance with forecasting, budgeting and building strategic plans, daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis, perform month end finance close and reconciliation, cooperate closely with Facility Manager, respond to and resolve issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding various accounting issues and reports, ensuring accuracy and correct accounting treatment, co-ordinate and communicate internationally with the Corporate and Account Finance teams, and operational teams regarding Finance matters.

We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who:
- knowledge of English - level min. C1 (written and spoken);
- 1-2 years of experience of being a Finance Analyst (financial reporting, profit & loss and balance sheet, monthly variance analysis);
- master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting area;
- experience of working in real estate area - will be a strong asset;
- experience of setting budgets and forecasting;
- excellent Excel data manipulation skills;
- ability to providing many solutions, confronting the assumptions;
- problem-solving and analytical skills;
- working under pressure;
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent - will be an advantage;
- knowledge of MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
- experience of working in international company;
- strong interpersonal, documentation and presentation skills.
