Your new role
We are searching for a Finance Analyst who will interact with a number of areas such as accounting, reconciliation, analysis, reporting, data management and development. There will be a heavy emphasis on Power BI, data extraction and management of existing and development of future solutions. In order to develop successful solutions there will be a need to understand our systems, processes and accounting. Will be part of a small team based in Poland with wide interaction with teams across Europe.

The ideal candidate for this position will have skills such as Power BI, Cognos, Excel advanced, General Accounting experience and knowledge and Data Management. To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to self-motivate, work on own, as part of a team and within a multi-team environment, as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and targets. A person in this position should be fluent in English .

Your new role
We are searching for a Finance Analyst who will interact with a number of areas such as accounting, reconciliation, analysis, reporting, data management and development. There will be a heavy emphasis on Power BI, data extraction and management of existing and development of future solutions. In order to develop successful solutions there will be a need to understand our systems, processes and accounting. Main responsibilities are:
- To ensure all data is managed within deadline time frames.
- To ensure timely, controlled and accurate reporting.
- Support accounting function, as back-up cover for certain activities.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement and progressing them forward.
- To act as key contact and support Finance team on IT related matters (Data management and development).
- Run and maintain already developed BI reports.
- Main Power BI expert in the team, responsible for training other team members.
- Responsibility and Ownership of the Cognos solutions and processes.
