Finance Analyst - Tax
You will be part of a team of Analysts working in the Tax Team.
Client Details
Our Client is a global pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company based in Mokotów, Warsaw.
Description
- To assist in the preparation, review and submission VAT returns
- To assist in the preparation, review and submission of the monthly Intrastat and monthly Sales Listing submission; which provides statistical information on movements between the UK and other EC member states.
- Support Group Tax with information for ad hoc requests.
- Work collaboratively with the outsource provider and other Finance stakeholders to support delivery of local tax requirements.
- To assist in the management of import clearances, including supporting the management of duty saving structures where applicable.
- To have a good working knowledge of the Customs Tariff and classification procedures for imported and exported materials.
Profile
- At least two years of professional experience in indirect tax
- English Language proficiency, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage and progress numerous actions in a coordinated and organized manner
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Experience of SAP would be an advantage
- Experience working with the international movement of goods and VAT would be an advantage
