Finance Analyst - General Ledger
For our client, an international insurance company, with growing exposure, we are looking for an financial analyst with good proficiency in English. Candidate will be responsible for general accounting tasks for the service company, including control account reconciliations.

Our Client is a global leader in life insurance sector.
Description
- control account reconciliations, AP and Balance sheet reconciliation
- take part in the month closing process
- intercompany balances management including the agreement of quarterly balances within the group
- costs apportionment to relevant entities, recharges
- expense reporting, costs reporting to Cost Centre Managers
- preparation of the monthly, quarterly and year end management accounts
- assist the Management Accountant with the preparation and analysis of data for management
- take part in Procurement system implementation
Profile
- master's degree in Finance/Economics
- At least 2,5 years experience in accounting/ financial reporting role
- gained experience in Accounts Payable and Finance Analysts tasks
- very good analytical skills
- ease in communication with different stakeholders
- very good English in writing and speech (day-to-day cooperation with Irish/British Teams)
- Financial Oracle skills would be an advantage
- knowledge of Excel - medium level (pivot tables, using complex formulas, automation of spreadsheet)
