To be the best Candidate for this role, you will need accounting/finance educational background, experience in a similar position (at least 4 years), very good knowledge of MS Excel and be fluent in English (at least B2+). Having experience in an international environment and SAP will be an asset. You have to be results-focused, have strong analytical skills, finance expertise and attention to the details.

Your new role
You will be responsible for following tasks:
- Business Partner for the management regarding finance & Controlling within group
- Support the financial strategic planning with performance evaluation based on functional strategy, using group wide systems like SAP Analytic Cloud and planning application
- Ensure finance operations with effective internal control system
- Manage overhead controlling and intra group recharges
- Responsible for the contents, analyses and measures of internal and external reporting
- Analysing and reporting on financial performance and proposing measures for performance improvements
- Perform financial planning and prepare forecasts and comprehensive budgets
- Comply with financial laws, compliance, guidelines & policies
- Collaborate with auditors and holding departments like Accounting, Controlling, Tax and Consolidation
- Coordination and quality control of external Financial Services Providers (Payroll; Accounting)
- Responsibility for monthly and annual closure processes
- Subsidy documentation and tracking
- Supporting and coordinating procurement and provider management
- Contribute in ramp-up and optimization of the business process and group integration
