Finance Administrator (Junior role)
Finance Administrator role will be providing all financial administrative duties to support Finance Manager in administrative tasks. It is a great opportunity to expand your experience and grow with a stable company with an established position on the market.

For our client, one of the biggest beverage brands, with its own chain of cafes and shops, we are looking for Finance Administrator.
Opis stanowiska
- Proper reflection of all accounting activities
- Issuing invoices/credit notes as well as preparing relevant reconciliations related to cooperation with relevant Customers
- Providing all financial administrative duties to support Finance Manager in administrative tasks
Accounts Payables and Receivables:
- Processing and posting purchase invoices/credit notes
- Reviewing the AP report regularly to identify debit balances and allocation of payments
- Performing supplier statement reconciliations
- Dealing with invoice / payment queries
- Processing employee expense claims
- Importing sales invoices to the GL
- Manually raising credit notes to customers when required
- Setting up of new customer accounts
Banks, Funding and Treasury:
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Performing manual payments
- Posting and allocating bank transactions on a daily basis
- Dealing with any payment queries
- Reporting Cash Flow actuals on a weekly basis
Reporting:
- Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Preparing and recording of month end journals (stock provision, accruals)
Profil kandydata
- Finance Experience in the Accounting Team
- Recent exposure to Polish GAAP and accounting standards
- Attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Flexible approach to work
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask
- Very good command in verbal and written English
- Previous experience with BluSezam - nice to have
