• Placing orders to replace parts of the devices
• Execution of the maintenance and assembly at the client’s location
• Following up on visits by writing your service reports
• Providing technical assistance and support to the sales department
• Providing feedback and advice to the service center and operations manager
• Experience with accurate data communication tools and operating systems
• Experience with medical equipment is preferred
• High sense of responsibility
• Excellent technical and analytical skills
• Fluent in both English and Dutch, preferably business proficiency in French
• Exceptional communication skills and service-oriented

In your role as field service engineer, you are the technical support for clients situated in the Benelux area. You will be responsible for the maintenance and assembly of the organisation’s medical devices. This is a flexible and dynamic role which gives you the opportunity to work independently. In addition you will be responsible for your own orders and service reports. You are the point of contact for your sales colleagues when it comes to technical issues and questions. You will closely collaborate with the company’s service center and you will report to the Business Operations Manager Benelux.Responsibilities
The main task of your job is to visit various clients within the Benelux area to offer a solution to their technical issues. Furthermore, your responsibilities include:• Placing orders to replace parts of the devices

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering• Experience with accurate data communication tools and operating systems
• Experience with medical equipment is preferred
• High sense of responsibility
• Excellent technical and analytical skills
• Fluent in both English and Dutch, preferably business proficiency in French
• Exceptional communication skills and service-oriented
