Opis stanowiska
- Installation, preventative maintenance and repair of our standard research and process systems as well as customized process systems.
- Performance of network installations & connecting Company equipment into customer networks.
- Administration of field engineer parts stock including regular inventory.
- Proactive appointment planning for service visits with support from customer care team.
- Performance of qualification and requalification of Company equipment in GMP environment.
- Establishing and maintaining fruitful relationship to customers key opinion leaders for service.
- Close cooperation with commercial colleagues in order to create best in class customer experience.
Profil kandydata
- Bachelor or Engineer degree in biomedical engineering or mechatronics, mechanical/electronical engineering, or adjacent field.
- English language min. C1, additional European language skills will be a plus.
- High level technical and analytical skills, problem solving mindset.
- Willingness for regular travel incl. occasional overnight stays.
- Valid driving licence B.
- Open-minded personality, able to work in an international & horizontal matrix organization.
- Strong communicator, team player.
- Basic knowledge in Chromatography techniques will be a plus.
