Opis stanowiska pracy

Essential Job Duties

  • Plan and deliver annual budget and mid-term plans of Primary Sales/ Sale In (to distributors) and Secondary Sales/ Sale Out (from pharmacies to patients) by Medical Representatives.
  • Plan and implement the distribution plans and penetration plan in retail network/ pharmacy chains. Cooperation with key wholesale and retail partners. Wholesale and retail customers’ debt control. Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies.
  • Field Force territory management, categorization of wholesale, pharmacy chains, medical centers, and management of Field Force operations with coverage most potential customers.
  • Identification of the need in Medical Representatives to reach the sales targets and recruiting the Medical Representatives
  • Organization of Field Force operations, providing Medical Representative with job description, appraisal criteria, territory allocation.
  • Support of discipline in Field Force operations. Control and monitoring of implementation of the FF Plan of Visits and FF promotional plan.
  • Targeting and categorization of doctors by potential and loyalty.
  • Professional appraisal of Medical Representatives. Medical Representatives education, training, motivation. Training sales team on sales techniques, administration and product.
  • Identification of national and regional Opinion Leaders and cooperation with selected Opinion Leaders to support promotional activities of the company.
  • Work with marketing team to deliver improvements in brand engagement scores across different territories and implementation of the marketing strategies.

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (preferably with urologic and gynecologic products)
  • Strong communication skills
  • In depth understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Experienced user of sales CRM systems
  • Experience leading and managing a team
  • Formal sales training in Professional Selling Skills (PSS).
  • Ideally a Bachelors or Masters Degree in business areas such as management, marketing, or economics.
