On behalf of my Client, an international pharmaceutical company that develops its business in Warsaw, we are currently looking for the Field Alignment Analyst with English.
On this position you will be responsible for executing Field Roster and Territory Alignment Changes, which means that in alignment with local and regional teams, you’ll execute the change management for commercial Territory and Roster data, that supports our CRM and BI platforms. Moreover, you will also execute management of User & Territory Data that is used in CRM (Customer Relationship management) and reporting (Qlik) platforms and work with local and regional leadership to implement territory redesigns, implement new starters, and manage the Sales Force Roster. You will ensure that each field team member has access to customers across CRM and BI platforms. You will also be responsible for providing timely ad hoc and operational reports and identifying opportunities to streamline process, handoffs and scope of processes relating to CRM data management.
We are seeking candidates who have proven experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services. The Candidate should be fluent in English and very comfortable working with advanced analytic features using Microsoft office suite (power query, PowerBI, Macros, Pivot table etc.). Excel is a must. We value strong Analytical skills and superior organizational skills. The right person will have a drive and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, pan-European environment. The Candidate will be able to execute processes with multiple European stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner.
