For our Client International company focused on facility management services we are currently looking for a person on Facility Manager position to be based and act in Łódź.

Miejsce pracy: Łódź 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

•Costs and budget control,

•Ensuring that all HVAC and electronic systems are working properly,

•Preparation of tender offers, signing facility management service agreements,

•Working closely with big team,

•Legal issues knowledge,

•Technical management of the property,

•Setting works plan and taking care of its realization,

•Reporting to department’s Director,

 

 

To be successful in this role you will need:

 

•At least 3 years of experience in facility/technical management of commercial properties,

•Experience in team management - is a must,

•Experience in technical/facility management, budgeting & cost control – is a must,

•At least very good English - is a must,

•Higher education – technical, engineer or economical will be a plus,

•Property Manager license will be an asset,

•Strong analytical skills,

•MS Office package (Excel).
