Facility Maintenance Specialist
You will coordinate processes and projects covering the areas of Facility Management, maintenance of building installed equipment, support new investment in facility infrastructure in close cooperation with the Process Engineering, Maintenance, Operations Manager and Plant Manager. Therefore, we are seeking a professional, hands on and enthusiastic Specialist to help us accelerate change and innovation throughout the company.

Our client is a global leader in a household solutions industry currently developing new greenfield investment in the Silesia region.
Description
- Manage and properly maintain facilities from safety, reliability and cost perspective;
- Make sure that all laws and regulations as well as installed equipment specific requirements are met and followed and maintained;
- Maintain and regularly update facilities related documentation, liaise with regulatory bodies to provide specific information as per legal requirement;
- Implement and lead TPM processes for building related equipment;
- Manage project or initiatives including project approval, cost analysis, tracking progress and reporting of achievement and identified savings for facility related projects.
Profile
- 5 years relevant experience with solid experience in facilities management;
- Good technical knowledge and hands on experience in line/ facility re-layout and new plant set up;
- Project management skills will be an advantage;
- Strong execution ability to get the work done within target, time and budget;
- Fluent English;
- Master degree (Civil, Construction or Industrial Engineering or related field).
