Responsibilities
You’ll be part of building up the Engineering & Facilities organization and systems for the newly build manufacturing site in Hoofddorp. The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for one of the three following areas; Gowning & Cleaning, Waste Management & Pest Control, Catering & Hospitality. You will be one of three coordinators in the Facilities department. Performing all tasks associated with the manufacturing of clinical and commercial products following batch records and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Compile hourly user statistics and prepare staff reports, facility issues, participant concerns. Assisting in the development and optimization of SOPs and Batch records
Supervises facilities specialist
Schedules the daily activities of specialist in facilities operations
Work on routine assignments following established SOPs and GMP guidance
Coordinates the activities on site contractors undertaking facilities operations and services
Exercises judgement within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Requirements
Higher professional education (Facility Management, Hotelschool)
Good writing and speaking skills English language
Preferably experience in a process-driven pharmaceutical environment or other highly regulated industries
