ROLE DESCRIPTION

Objectives
• Manage timely project delivery
• Improve safety for staff, temporary workers and contractors that perform service or maintenance on equipment with potential exposure to unsafe conditions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Specific Tasks
• Manage project timelines and ensure appropriate communication/escalation to project manager
• Manage project deliverables timelines and ensure appropriate communication/escalation to project manager
• Lead and setup meetings with stakeholders
• Facilitate Job Hazard Analysis-sessions
• Follow up on open items that are a result of the Job Hazard Analysis
• Manage resource support from several departments
• Work closely with project manager, system owner and safety representative to manage outcome of Job Hazard Analysis
• Assess potential risks of preventative maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for detailed and accurate analysis

1. Prepare meetings (Prepare JHA-templates using CMMS jobplans).
JHA= Job Hazard Analysis
CMMS= Change Maintenance Management System
2. Facilitate meetings
3. Setup meetings
4. Meetings with EHSS and system owners to review & approve JHA
5. Upload signed JHA in the system
6. Work according procedures
7. Act according planning and escalate on time.

REQUIREMENTS

HBO Education in Technique or Safety
min of 5 years of relevant experience

Be able to work with deadlines, scope and project schedules.
Good technical knowledge; preferable with packaging equipment
Experience with Job Hazard Analysis
6. Dispute resolution (conflictbeheersing).
Leadership; Maintain progress; Keep overview to reach required outcome.
Work in teams (groep nader tot elkaar brengen).
