For our Client, one of the largest business and one of the world’s largest manufacturers of float, value-added and fabricated glass products and solutions, we are currently looking for Candidate for the position of Export Managerto be responsible for European business.
While working at this role, you will be responsible forleading a small team of Export Sales specialists in Katowice. The export sales team deal with a broad variety of customers, sales force around the globe, logistics issues and work closely with the other company’s departments.
More specifically, your job will be to identify and implement improvements in the sales process, customer experience, export and logistics; Manage the export sales team of 4 people; Report on sales metrics; Prepare monthly forecasts/sales reports; Resolve customs and logistics issues.You will be also involved in payment procedure and price calculations.
We are looking for Candidates with experience in Customer Service, preferably in sales, logistics, customs or import/export experience.Experience of managing a team is also a must. Fluency in English, excellent communication skills and drive for continuous improvement are also required.
