Your main responsibilities will include:
- performing payroll for all staff in Poland
- preparing data for payroll in Danish and Norwegian companies
- registration in ZUS and GUS and related duties
- fulfilling obligations concerning employees’ PIT
- responsibility for salary calculation process
- managing employee data in relevant systems
- following changes in labor law and related regulations
- creating necessary statements / payroll reports
- taking care of employees files
The successful candidate:
• has relevant experience and knowledge in performing a/m duties to fulfill them independently
• shows proficiency in HR & Payroll systems and spreadsheets
• pays great attention to details
• has very good English skills
• has ability to prioritize tasks
• keeps high standards of quality and accuracy of own work
