ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the senior analytical scientist you will be active on the generic R&D department, creating complex injectables. You lead a group of analytical scientists and are responsible for keep an eye on the strategic plan. you will report to, and collaborate with the R&D Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for achieving proof of concepts with your group, while managing the work of the individual group members. Your focus lies with pharmaceutical products such as liposomes and nano-suspensions.
REQUIREMENTS
- A PhD in analytical sciences of pharmaceutical sciences
- 5-10 years of industry experience
- Highly skilled analytical chemist with experience with QbD-principles
- Good planning for your own job and management tasks
- Having a network of chemists in the field
