For our Client, an international construction company, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of an Executive Assistant.

On this position you will be the point of contact between the executives and company employees and clients. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executives’ diaries and arranging their calendars. The person on this position will also be in charge ofmaking travel arrangements for Board Members and coordinating the circulation of documents, preparing reports, presentations, memos and summaries for the Board members.

We are looking for candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related department, min. 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar position. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Polish are required. Professional requirements include:good knowledge of MS Office, strong time management, problem solving and organizational skills. A perfect Candidate is someone willing to travel to other offices in Poland, Europe and worldwide when required. Experience in the construction industry or similar project-oriented industry would be an advantage.
