We are currently seeking person for the role of Executive Assistant
Client Details
Our client is a dynamically developing company operating in the field of new technologies
Description
- organising meetings and booking meeting rooms
- organize team communications
- making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries, plan events, both internally and off site
- making dictation and minutes and writing them up on the Board Meetings
- organising the translations/ distributing them
- perform other projects as assigned
- support to the Board in its daily duties
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in similar position
- fluency in English usage, grammar, spelling and punctuation Key Competencies
- knowledge of Italian languages is an asset
- knowledge of computer and related technology operations and principles Knowledge
- knowledge of Power Point
- advanced skills in Outlook and Microsoft Word
- displays extremely service-oriented mentality and "to-do" attitude
- very good organization and time management skills · Good written and verbal communication skills
- flexible and adaptable to change
- displays high standard of professional behaviour and ethical standards
