For our Client, a global financial services leader - Euroclear, we are looking for Executive Assistant.
As Executive Assistant of senior management of EUROCLEAR Krakow Branchyou will be responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, managing the diaries and activities of the senior management team, preparingfiles for meetings, filtering and re-direction of incoming calls. Your other key responsibilitieswill cover general administrative tasks like agenda and calendar management (organize meetings locally, by video conference, telephone conference, off-site meetings), input of planned absences, trips, info sessions, etc.; organization of travel (mainly between Poland & Belgium); monthly update of divisional organization charts; creation of purchase requisitions and follow-up in Oracle Financial; document management filing, written correspondence : typing letters based on notes, putting letters into the right EUROCLEAR templates, ensure these are signed by the correct person and sending the letters by normal post; managing HR administration.
You will be successful on this position if you meet essential requirements like v ery high level of written and spoken English, m inimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, excellent organizational skills, good communication skills (written and verbal), ability to work independently (initiative taker) in dynamic environments. You also should be proficient user of the MS Office suite and Lotus Notes, Team player, pro-active and not afraid to take initiativeperson.Other must have features arediscretion, professional, flexible attitude towards work, strong client focus.
