For our client, global production company located on the east side of Cracow, we are looking for Executive Assistant.

Your new role

Working as an Executive Assistant you will coordinate corporate events andschedule activities such as meetings, travel for GM and leadership members, Plant Manager, Moreover the scope of your duties will included prepares and processes purchase requisitions and vendor invoices, compose, organize, and prepare correspondence, reports, and other complex documents, including: Excel, PowerPoint presentations, organizational charts, spreadsheets, and databases.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have min. 3 years of related administrative experience, University degree and speak English fluently (C1 level).
