Opis stanowiska pracy

Responsibilities:

• Calendar and travel management

• Various internal and external meetings organization

• Preparation of presentations, reports, Excel lists, spreadsheets

• Time management

• SAP and TOP support

• Opportunity management on Smartnet

• Resolution of basic queries

• Translation, meeting minutes preparation

• Correspondence handling

• Documentation management

• Invoicing

• Expenses management

• Gifts and flowers arrangement

• Dinner and taxi arrangement

• Events and Business Team support

• Working collaboratively with other team members as well as other business unit

 

Requirements:

• A person with relevant experience in a similar role preferably within a Professional Services environment

• Minimum Bachelor's degree

• Experience in working in international environment, multi-cultural organization

• Experience in working with top management

• Fluent English (C1-C2)

• Fluent German (C1-C2)

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, whilst maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels, including those working remotely

• Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and to prioritize workload, whilst remaining calm and composed

• Positive attitude, with a willingness to provide the highest level of internal and external client service as well as discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role

• Demonstrate a willingness to own/solve problems as they arise, but also have the ability to identify issues for referral

• Excellent personal and communication skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
