For our Client, Global Shared Service Center in Poznan, we are currently looking for Executive Assistant with advanced level of English.

Your new role

Assistant has his/ her focus on providing a broad range of administrative and logistical support to consultants. This includes scheduling complex meetings with clients and internal leadership across various time zones and locations, as well as planning and managing complex travel and itineraries for very busy diaries.

Our requirements

■ University degree
■ Preferably 1 year of professional experience in an administrative or assistant position in a corporate or professional services environment
■ Excellent verbal and written language skills in English (C1)
■ Solid communication skills to tailor messages over the phone or via email
■ Ability to work and stay focused under pressure, manage urgent tasks against aggressive timelines
■ Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundaries
