You will provide high-quality support under tight deadlines by proactively managing busy diaries, working across international time zones and locations.
In this role you will focus on providing a broad range of remote administrative and logistical support to a highly demanding audience of client-serving senior consultants. You will provide exceptional customer service and will work on challenging tasks and will use your German and English language skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
You will develop and strengthen your communication skills, in order to help you tailor messages over the phone or via email. Additionally, you become experienced in timely process management.
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional environment
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Notes applications
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in Italian (C1)
- Good verbal and written language skills in English (B2)
