THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

The company is a well known international company in the pharmaceutical industry.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The role will be for 12 months with good change for extension.

Training Coordinator will be accountable for:
• Provide global core program administration and coordination as part of GLTOD, in particular for the Europe & TMEA regions
• Liaison with = partners, e.g. Conduent, training vendors, local site contacts for logistics
• Provide coordination and support to Learning Professionals on client-centered solutions
• Customer service for program participants and clients
• Production & distribution of program metrics

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Annual Program Scheduling & Execution
• Ensure a global plan of events is delivered in the responsible region as per defined program process maps
• Day-to-day Program Management
• LMS assignment and program offerings are accurate and up-to-date
• Program registration monitoring
• Program execution support including liaison with defined local site contacts of the regional hubs
• Program evaluation & reporting

Program Communications
• Ensure participants and stakeholder are engaged and aware of available program offerings, including usage of the learning platforms

Vendor Management
• Ensure their services as part of the defined process maps are delivered to the highest quality to meet company’s needs

Project Management
• Provide PM coordination support on global initiatives delivered by GLTOD team

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Requirements
1. Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years administration experience in an International environment, preferably in a training role
• Demonstrates high level of systems administration experience, ideally working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
2. Skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Fluency in English language verbal and written
• Strong organization and time management skills and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously – getting work done in an effective and efficient way to meet deadlines
• Project coordination skills
• Training Coordinator should be:
• Customer Focus – Listens and understands needs of internal customers across different geographies and is responsive
• Interpersonal Savvy – excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interface with individuals from a variety of cultures across International
• Organized and great planner – Ability to set priorities and to handle multiple tasks

Desirable Requirements
• Preferably HR experience
• Excitement for supporting the global development programs as part of the GLTOD team
• Take initiative and pro-actively suggesting new ideas and approaches
