A global consulting company specializing in Information Technology is searching for:
Event Analyst / Network monitoring specialist
Location: Bydgoszcz, Poland
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicating with counterparts worldwide (France, Germany, US and others)
- Handling alerts from English speaking counterparts
- Monitoring of network and systems
- Reporting on issues
Each candidate shall undergo full training as far as monitoring devices and tools are concerned
Requirements
Key requirements:
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Excellent communication skills
- IT background
- Communicative knowledge of French would be an advantage
- Polish would be an advantage
- Flexible schedule/shift
