For an international company we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of:
European Payroll Specialist(with English and German)
Holding the position of European Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for the end to end provision and ratification of an accurate and timely international payroll service for specific European countries. To provide all payroll related statutory reports to all country authorities whilst ensuring compliance across all countries. Other duties will include supporting finance with month end reconciliation and year-end activities relating to payroll and assisting HR Advisors with complex query resolution relating to payroll. Moreover, you will be managing the key relationships between payroll vendors and external advisors as well as providing specialist payroll advice to HR Service Centre employees. European Payroll Specialist will be also participating in assisting current payroll team during Payroll Transformation Project.
To be successful in this role you should possess experience of working in a multi-national payroll role in end to end processing of European payrolls, working within a multi-cultural organisation with parallel run testing experience. Furthermore, the right Candidate should have a thorough knowledge of SOX processes. Apart from that, we are looking for a person with professional competencies such as technical skills, strategic thinking, building people capabilities and cost and profit management with proactive attitude. Moreover person at this position should be communicative with a teamwork and team leader spirit. Fluent English and German is required.
