European Manufacturing Planning and Logistics Manager
The purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with Customer Services, Sales and Planning to ensure both internal/external customer satisfaction and regional inventory management effectiveness are achieved through the coordination and planning of production across manufacturing sites in EMEA Region. To be the point of contact for any escalated planning issues to help manage the production and supply plan efficiently.

Description
- To implement and administer a Supply Chain Management process;
- To be responsible for regional working capital performance through inventory reduction control;
- To monitor production achievements against production plan and make any necessary adjustments;
- To co-ordinate production, demand and supply planning, for customers EMEA - working closely with the Customer Service Team, Sales and Planning to maximise efficiency and material availability;
- Delivering a weekly demand plan for a selected group of customers;
- Preparing for the Customer Planning Review Meetings and for performance analysis of base packs;
- Building good working relationships with key stakeholders including supply chain;
- Driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and supporting key commercial decisions of the Key Account Manager;
Profile
- Experience in a Demand Planning / Supply Chain function is essential and ideally experience using SAP/JDE;
- University degree, ideally MBA or any postgraduate studies with strong focus on Supply Chain Management;

Sales and Operations Planning experience is desired;

Strong communication, organisational and planning skills;

Problem Solving acumen;

Conscientious and attention to detail;

Good analytical abilities, numerate and excellent Excel skills;
- Open for frequent travelling up to 30%;
- English fluent is a must;
