Job Description
We are member of French ALTEN Group present in 25 countries around the world and employing over 34,000 engineers and IT specialists. Since 1988 we deliver advanced IT systems for well-known brands, develop medicine and the renewable energy industry. ALTEN innovates aero and cosmonautics, trains, electric and autonomous vehicles, and even space rockets. We are currently looking for a ETL Support who will join our team.
Main tasks
- Monitor tickets automatically created for both systems in the case of incidents using the ticket system theGuard
- Analyse and – as much as possible – solve ticketsusing error logging mechanisms, operating documentation, standard and tailored error handling tools, source code analytics
- Dispatch tickets to be solved by other teams, keeping the coordinating role as a ticket owner in case an incident requires the joined effort of several teams
- Dispatch tickets to 3nd Level Support
- Communicate incidents to specialist fields (business) and third party providers
Requirements
- Experience with: IBM Integration Bus V10, IBM Websphere MQ, ESQL, Java Compute Node, XML, Unix, SQL
- Basic Java
- Upper intermediate English
