Reporting the Global ERP & Business Systems Manager and Ruda Poland based, the purpose of
the role is to develop, deploy, and support our Global ERP systems, in close collaboration with IT
and business teams and partner organisations. You will play a critical role in the rollout and
enhancement of our ERP systems and associated systems landscape, working closely with IT, the
business, and project delivery teams to maximise business returns, enabling performance and
future growth.

Responsibilities
• Working within a globally distributed team ERP Systems Administrators, provide a consistent and reliable
service to our user community in a specific region/country in relation to support, enhancement, testing,
deployment, and maintenance of our current Microsoft Navision global ERP systems landscape.
• Provide a consistent, reliable, and innovative design, development, support, and maintenance service to all
Global business units, working to the agreed quality standards.
• Responsible for continuous improvement and the management of change as primary technical expert in all
the IT processes which both enable and support the service tower.
• Analyse business requirements with regards to feasibility, design, planning, testing, transition, and service
delivery.
• Provide cover for other team members as required, maintaining knowledge of other regional deployments
and business practices and specific customisations at local level and the impact these will have.
• Reduce lead times on related enhancements, solutions with best-practice standardized approach.
• Develop and peer test code changes as required with other members of the team to ensure peer reviews of
changes and consistent support experiences for all business colleagues.

Skills & Qualifications
• Must have operated in a similar role supporting Microsoft Nav ERP, Business Central, and D365
• Have completed previous upgrades and implementations and have some exposure to regional/global
systems support and management.
• Experience or working in globally diverse teams both in-house and outsource.
• Have knowledge of the common end-to-end business processes supported by ERP systems and the
associated business communities (Finance, Commercial, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Distribution, etc.)

Operational
• Maintain working relationships within the team and with our suppliers to ensure that all deployed services,
are supported and maintained effectively and efficiently.
• Operate within the bounds of our ERP service catalogue and service performance and benchmark
parameters and SLA/OLA’s and report performance KPI’s and establish and update our Service
Improvement Plan and Knowledge Base.
• Ensure all required changes are clearly documented and executed in a manner that meets our change
control processes, ensuring peer reviews, and deployment and subsequent support arrangements are met.
• Support corporate compliance standards to de risk any potential issues and minimise impact or potential
degradation to business operations. Finance Audits, DPA Audits, GDPR, Security, Disaster Recovery.
• Keep abreast of current technologies/innovations and identify where such technologies could be beneficial
to improve company performance. Connect with industry at Forums, attend annual conferences.

Complexity and Creativity
This role will face several challenges the most significant being:
• Ability to work within a rapidly changing legacy landscape where distributed multiple instance global ERP
systems are being rationalised across multiple companies/regions, going through an exciting lifecycle
update and upgrade, with long term plans to reach a fully aligned global, up to date ERP deployment.
• Balancing own workloads of support and development work within a distributed global ERP team, across a
small team containing a mix of permanent, outsourced and partner resources.
• Ensuring documentation is always updated to ensure operational service is maintained and risk is reduced,
including Requirements Specifications, Change Controls, Testing, Deployment and Regression Plans, and
operating procedures such as Operational Support Guides are maintained and updated at all times.
• Ensuring there is a balance of highly communicative service professionalism balanced with adequate
control in managing demand from colleagues in an efficient and friendly manner, so requests are managed
through formal mechanisms and all the required service operating procedures and SLA/KPI’s are
sufficiently met or exceeded.
