Enterprise Master Data & Complaint Manager

On behalf of an international company that establishes a new branch in Wrocław we are looking to recruit an Enterprise Master Data and Complaint Managerresponsible for 3 departments: Master Data, Service Complaint and e-Commerce.
The position manages processes at a European regional level; works with business partners, regional and global shared service organizations, the Customer Care organization and others to provide accurate operations of each of the supervised organizations; monitors performance and metrics to control operational cost and quality and ensure continuous improvement. The Manager works in close partnership with stakeholders in order to contribute to the satisfaction of the customers and ensure operational efficiency and drives change management; develops Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) that meet the needs of those served and ensures plans are in place to drive day-to-day activities to achieve agreed-upon SLA’s.
Being a people’s manager the person develops others; demonstrates interpersonal awareness and cross-cultural competence; links team to organization; encourages excellence; leverages and values diversity; fosters collaboration and develops associates knowledge in respective areas of expertise.
As a successful candidate you have 8 years experience as a specialist or generalist within Customer Service or Data Management, including at least 2 years at management level with multi-country regional customer centric environment; you may demonstrate significant understanding of Data Management and Customer Experience Management. You have lead teams successfully, processed documentation and improvement. You are ready to work across Europe, you understand cultural differences and you speak English fluently.
