Job Title: Enrolment Advisor Poland
Reports to: Regional Enrolment Manager Poland
Location: Tricity, Poland


GENERAL SUMMARY:
In a new operational sales contact centre to be established in Tricity, Poland, where the emphasis is very much on quality and gaining results using a consultative approach with customers, you will generate student enrolments by calling on prospective students in your target region and advising them with respect to how we can meet their educational and career needs.

Successful candidates will build relationships with prospective students that have inquired about the educational program, discover needs and concerns, demonstrate how our program can best meet those needs, and support the prospective student through the admissions process to enrolment.

Enrolment Advisors build and manage pipeline of prospective students for accurate forecasting purposes, collaborating with various departments within the company. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prospects requires systematic and proactive account management primarily in the form of telephone and email communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct warm outbound and inbound sales calls, to prospective students who have requested information after responding to targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Assist prospective students with admissions, financial aid and enrolment process.
  • Manage prospect database.
  • Maintain relationships with students to help support program persistence and generate referral activity.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and other departments regarding enrolment.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Ideally 3 years sales experience in career advising, consultative selling experience is advantageous.
  • A sales professional, who:
    • Is able to build strong customer relationships.
    • Has excellent funnel management skills.
    • Must possess excellent English language skills both oral and written.
    • Must possess excellent phone skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, high energy, excellent follow-up skills, tenacity, and strong relationship building required.
  • Must be proficient in MS office applications.
