Our Client is a globally recognised commerce company. Its Cracow's office is now looking for Candidates fluent in English.
You don't need to have experience in the field, we are looking for somebody who is eager to learn the skill and start their career.
Your role
In this position you will be responsible for reviewing suspicious activities within Customers orders and accounts. You will be responsible to contact the Customers to check if their orders are correct.
About you
You are a fluent and confident English speaker (C1 level) with strong attention to detail. You have an analytical mind and can make decisions quickly. You know Microsoft Excel well and have excellent written communication skills.
This position will require you to work late shifts (2PM - 10PM).
