Engineering Manager (M/F)
Our Client is an international organisation operating within automotive industry and due to its rapid growth it is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager, that will be responsible for Design, Cost Estimation and Customer Contact.
The position holder will also manage interdisciplinary teams.

Description
The Engineering Manager role is responsible for the performance of assets on the site and hence must lead by best practice in
- Project Engineering, Design, Cost Estimation. .
The job holder will:
- monitor the engineering changes in product,
- be responsible for cost estimation and technological documentation approval,
- coordinate and manage design of products and technological process development,
- integration of work of different divisions - sales, quality, engineering, production)
- support of the team and sales team in contact with Clients.
Profile
- at least 5 years of experience in similar position (Engineering - R&D - Contact with Client) preferably in plastic industry
- experience with interdisciplinary team management
- Degree level qualification or equivalent in an engineering discipline and demonstrable relevant experience in preferably automotive at management level
- Proven expertise in reliable engineering and maintenance techniques
- Experience of project management with good working knowledge of CAD, ISO TS/IATF
- Change management with CI experience
- Conversant with Lean Manufacturing
- High degree of English skills
- Experience in the cost estimation and approval
