Key Role Objective
The Enablement Associate Manager will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of Medical Evidence and Observational Research (MEOR) current business processes and systems, tools and technology to enable evidence generation within Global MEOR, Oncology Business Unit (OBU) and the Local Markets. The role will support operational excellence by identifying and communicating opportunities for continuous platform improvements from within MEOR, OBU and Local Markets. Additionally, this role will play an integral role in the ongoing operations, maintenance and modifications of key MEOR systems, including but not limited to Evidence Connect, VisionTracker and SharePoint Online. This role requires a hybrid skill set of technical ability, analytical thinking, business acumen, and general knowledge of evidence generation.
In addition, the position will test new functionalities to ensure it meets defined business requirements and will conduct training sessions with users across GMA and in the markets to ensure proper engagement and utilization.
The Enablement Associate Manager has the unique opportunity to collaborate and build relationships within MEOR, GMA and with global colleagues in the local markets. The role will also work closely with external vendors, internal IT partners and service teams to support system configurations, issue management, and continuous improvements raised to address the day to day operational system needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Support evidence generation needs in use of key Evidence Generation processes, systems, tools, and technology
- Conduct relevant process and system/tool trainings for Global and local market stakeholders;
- Provide operational support to Global and local market stakeholders as needed
- Participate in user acceptance testing process for all Evidence Generation systems, tools, and technology
- Escalate and manage issues within the system as required
- Communicate system updates to key stakeholders
- Liaise between MEOR, IT and other systems owners
- Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- Knowledge of multiple enterprise IT systems, such as SharePoint Online, VisionTracker, Evidence Connect, IMPACT, ACCORD, Planisware (Opal/Planit)
- Experience in supporting the roll out new services & programs
- Ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with colleagues at all levels in various geographies
- Ability to work independently
- Strong work ethics and high integrity standards
- Good organizational skills
- Proactively identify risks and issues; use of analytical thinking to identify possible solutions
- Demonstrated ability to follow tasks through to completion
- Demonstrated ability to interrogate, understand and apply general project management skills
- High level knowledge/awareness of the overall pharmaceutical product development process, including stages of development and role of different functional areas.
- Experience in working on a cross functional team in a matrix organization
Preferred background
- 3 years of relevant experience from within the pharmaceutical industry or similar large multinational organization
- Clinical Operational experience
- Macro programming experience (VBA) or aptitude
Skills and Competencies
- General understanding of project management concepts and ability to coordinate and manage linkages between multiple global projects
- Customer focus – ability to consider multiple customer needs while still maintaining a view of the larger goals
- Understanding IS/IT
- Data analysis, analytical thinking reporting
- Outstanding communication skills-both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent proficiency in key Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
