For our client - a globally recognised law firm - we are currently looking for Employee Lifecycle Administrator

The Employee Lifecycle Administrator will:

Be accountable for the successful delivery of HR administrative tasks.
Ensure that all relevant company’s standards and guidelines are met.
Develop and support the firm's infrastructure through the delivery of HR processes.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Process new hire and current employees administration including e.g. entering or updating personal information records, job or position assignment records, salary information or relocations administration
  • Administrate employee separations
  • Support employees on enquiries related to HR data and administration
  • Cooperate closely with business partners
  • Responsible for the compliance of personnel documentation with regulatory framework (law, internal procedures and policies)
  • Perform in line with agreed procedures, SLAs and KPIs and Customer expectations
  • Maintain process documentation and reports as required
  • Maintain HR systems information with attention to detail.
  • Seek opportunities for improvements in HR administration area and apply improvements
  • Both share and apply best practices
  • Cooperate with colleagues from other HR sub-teams in ad-hoc administrative tasks
